eBMS has increased and improved our efficiency by a high % and we are much better organised as a department. We have time now to be more involved and engaged with value adding and proactive initiatives that have the OHS Department more visible to the organisation and less behind computer screens formatting spreadsheets.
eBMS have quickly and efficiently designed and implemented a flexible, low cost web based system, with built in reporting and trend analysis that will markedly improve our internal HR systems.
It saves our maintenance department 4 hours each month with reporting as eBMS is able to generate maintenance request reports that have been set up in eBMS.
The new eBMS management system has greatly improved the management of our documentation processes. We now have only one, correct version, of our policies and procedures, and it is so easy to find them. Our improved processes and compliance to the stringent audit requirements has brought praise from Lloyds, our auditors and major customers.
Amcor Fibre Packaging is using an advanced Excel VBA budgeting tool. In my role as Commercial Manager – Sales, I took over management of the tool. The tool had become largely ineffective and redundant. It was my job to pick up the system and make it a usable tool that generated valuable sales forecasting data for executive decision making, It was only due to the immense and unwavering support of the people at eBMS that I was able to:
- Fix problems caused by neglect of the tool.
- Build internal knowledge of the program back up within the business.
- Place the required level of reliance and dependence on the tool.
The system is now being used effectively again within Amcor. I thank the eBMS team for delivering customer service above and beyond expectations and for the support they gave me which greatly reduced the stress in turning an inoperable system back into a fully functioning and effective one.

The easy to use presentation of the analytical & business reporting connects all key levels of management, from Executive to lower levels by means of one central source (a one-stop reporting / presentation shop). The development of interfaces allows compatibility & data manipulation in a user friendly standard PC environment & platform.
eBMS have demonstrated their ability in designing an easy to use powerful supply chain tool that will form an important part of our KPI reporting system. eBMS, with a minimal specification, has created a supply chain reporting tool that has added significant value to Olex’s strategic business decisions. His unique ability to view the problem from various functional areas and managerial levels has allowed this report to be able to be used throughout the organisation. Even though the report is simple and intuitive to use, its ability to drill down very quickly across different parameters makes it very powerful. We have used this report for over two years without the requirement for any change or maintenance.
eBMS has developed many reports and applications that are used daily by my staff. I have found this a very cost effective way of providing powerful yet intuitive reports that allow my staff to drill down to understand their business. Using Excel made deployment a simple process.
I have found that because eBMS’s reporting system extracts data from our central system, we are able to have a common platform for decision making. The Excel reports that eBMS creates are easy and intuitive to use. The ability to drill down and across data segments has allowed a greater understanding of the business. eBMS’s support and the level of detailed understanding of our business has helped expedite the process.
eBMS was originally asked to re-engineer a pricing matrix that was managed by two people in two states comprising over 30 spreadsheets. The result was a single spreadsheet/application managed by one person. It has over time been shown to be exceptionally scalable allowing enhancements never originally envisaged. The spreadsheet is now considered a pricing application and has enhanced the structure in our pricing whilst being able to continuously improve the quoting process. eBMS has been very prompt at integrating new features.
eBMS has combined the data from two separate computer systems to provide an integrated report that has allowed me to analyse our production in a way never before possible. It has allowed me to develop strategies for removing bottlenecks, understand material flows and improve productivity across over 1000 products and 100 machines. It has also contributed to our strategic planning across different mixes from a finished product/sales perspective through to future raw material usage.
eBMS has developed a report to allow a graphical analysis of our sales across many different marketing and production segments. Integrating our customers branch locations has allowed us to provide them valuable input into improving their business mix.
