Reviewing new risks is also a straightforward process.

Step 1 - Assessment review team assesses and logs and scores the risk.

Step 2 - Initial Action is defined. 2nd review is scheduled using the eBMS scheduler.

Step 3 - Corrective action is undertaken if necessary

Step 4 - Assessment conducts 2nd review and logs the new review score.

Step 5 - Long term corrective action is recommended where necessary and the Risk is closed off (after sign off by senior management).

Appointments can be instantly arranged using Outlook integration. Advanced reporting options are available using the eBMS report profiler. The right people can be assigned essential tasks through the simple workflow system that can automatically alert the next responsible person. Remote access is available so data can be input from the customer’s premises or any other offsite location.
