Documentation Management is a vital part of a Integrated Collaboration Environment (ICE). ICE is defined as an environment in which a virtual team complete their work. eBMS urges all companies to push into an ICE as their are a large number of advantages that focus on time saving and overall efficiently. Businesses that don't push their processes into an ICE are simply left behind as the rapid pace of technology keeps in increasing with new innovative digital business tools. When moving to an integrated collaborative environment, documentation management is extremely important as no company needs 100+ different versions of the same document being passed around.
