Balanced Scorecarding is simply viewing the health of the business by strategically managing and analysing key components of the business. Traditionally, the Balanced Scorecard was first developed by Dr. Robert Kaplan & Dr David Norton during the early 1990’s, evoked the performance measurement and well being from four perspectives:
A less purist approach is to analyse a large range of Key Performance Indicators and to measure, in an overview form, the impact of trends to the various components of the business.
