How to Use Workflow
When used correctly the workflow tool will improve communication efficencies.
Workflow is only available in eBMS Pro and Enterprise versions. To use workflow you must first enable workflow for the desired eForm by the administrator.
eBMS Pro Tip: To utilise the power of My eForms and improve your workflow and communications within the organisation, encourage all users to use workflow and My eForms reguarly.
eBMS Enterprise Tip: Use the scheduler to automate your procceses and workflow by scheduling triggered emails to send based on an event.

Originator: At the time an eForm is created, this field will be automatically filled by the name of the user who log into the system.
Date Created: The system will automatically enter the system day on this field when the eForm is created.
Date Last Updated: When user opens the eForm to make an edit, this field will be updated by the system date.
Date closed: when administrator closes an eForm, system date will be entered into this field. Or user can manually enter the date by untick the Read Only properties of Date closed field in eForm Designer.
Resp person: is the person who responsible for this eForm. After selecting a person in this field and press Save button, the Resp person field on the top of the page will be set with this name and the eForm will be sent to this person's My eForms.
Status: Change the status of eForm. These states can be modified in the Manage Workflow link in the Control Panel.
Sender: is the name of the sender of this eForm record.
Note: Once workflow has been modified within an eForm Record, you must save the eForm in order for it to work. |
