Send Email in Workflow

This functionality allows an eForm to be sent to different people in an organization whilst using workflow.

When used correctly the workflow tool will improve communication efficencies.

Workflow is only available in eBMS Pro and Enterprise versions. To use workflow you must first enable workflow for the desired eForm by the administrator.

eBMS Pro Tip: To utilise the power of My eForms and improve your workflow and communications within the organisation, encourage all users to use workflow and My eForms reguarly.
eBMS Enterprise Tip: Use the scheduler to automate your procceses and workflow by scheduling triggered emails to send based on an event.

Option 1: Open up desired eForm Record. Refer to Open eForm Record in related topics.

Click onto the yellow Send Email icon, the eForm's name and record ID# will copied to outlook where the email can be adjusted and sent to desired email address/es.
 
Option 2: Select resp person by using the workflow functions. Refer to Using Workflow and My eForms in related topics.

Check the send email checkbox and click save.

The eForm record will now be sent to the resp person's My eForms and outlook will also copy the eForm's name and record ID# will copied to outlook where the email can be adjusted and sent to desired email address/es.

Troubleshooter: If correct email is not displaying when outlook launches please contact your adminstrator to adjust the eBMS email settings.
