Tabular Report

Tabular report displays the list of characteristics of all eForm records in a table view.

Users can select to display all of controls or particular items with the eForm Filter..

eBMS Tip: Always use the Tabular Report to locate files. Save time by building profiles for easily selecting pre-saved filter settings.

Step 1 Click the eForms tab. 

Result: A list of all system eForms appear (included with eBMS system).

Tip: If you can't find the eForm you are looking for, try clicking all in the categories panel and using the eForm Filter to search for the eForm you are looking for. Refer to Using Categories and eForm Filter in related topics.
 
Step 2 There are two ways to enter tabular report. 

Option 1: Click the eForm name

Option 2: Click the Admin link from the row of the desired eform. When the menu drops down, select Tabular Report
 
Step 3 The report can be viewed initially saved or viewed. Users can click on Export to Excel or Export to PDF link to save the report and view later.

Tip: When Exporting to Excel; open excel file and file > save as excel workbook.
