System Field Report
System Field Report is a report including eForms and records that can’t be edited or deleted as they are system files for eBMS.
eBMS Tip: Use theSystem Field Report to troubleshoot problems with eForm Design and to ensure the data can be edited.

| Step 1 |
Click on the Control Panel tab
Click the System Field Report under the Reports Section. |

Select the eForm from the dropdown menu |
| |
| Step 3 |
The report can be viewed initially saved or viewed.
Users can click on Export to Excel or Export to PDF link to save the report and view later.
Tip: When Exporting to Excel; open excel file and file > save as excel workbook. |
