Quicklinks

The Quicklinks section enables quick and easy access to any file within the business whether it is held with in the data on eBMS or a outsourced file or website.  

Map your link into one or multiple filing categories to reflect the full scope of a document for easy access. Use the standard system tabs (Policies & Procedures, Company Files), or for added flexibility create additional business specific categories to suit your needs. This will make it easier for users to manage their own files and to find those authored by others using the search filtering options.

Share critical business information while controlling access rights, using the document protection feature. Each link displays the name of the publisher, to identify the document owner and encourage collaboration. It also provides File Access information such as Last modified Date, Last access Date, total no of access etc. etc. If you do not have access please contact your administrator to correct the required permissions.  Please visit any of the following help files for a detailed help file.
