Export eForm Record to Word
Export to Word enables exporting eForm Record content into a word document. Therefore, user can easily and flexibily insert more pictures or refomat the document before printing. The content that needed to be exported to word document must be set with the eForm Designer during the design time. These controls will be exported to a word document when using the Export to Word function.

| Step 1 |
Open an existing eForm or create a new eForm to allow fields / objects to be exported to Word with the eForm Designer. Refer to Create a new eForm and Open an existing eForm in related topics.
Select the desired field and open the feild /object's Properties Panel. Refer to Change eForm Properties in related topics.
Click the Control Tab.
Ensure the Export to Word checkbox is ticked.
Result: The content of this control will be exported to Word document by following Step 2.
Repeat this step for all desired fields / objects that are to be exportable to word.

Open the new eForm you have just created via Tabular Report. Refer to Tabular Report in related topics.
Click the eForms tab and add a new record for your newly created eForm. Refer to Add a New eForm Record in related topics.
To add an item for the dropdown list simply type the new value in the empty text field.
Press the Save button.
To add additional items to your drop down, add a new record (within the same eForm) and repeat step 2. |

Open or add an eForm record from the eForm you just modified.
Ensure the correct fields are populated to satisfaction.
Click the Export to Word document icon located next to the print button.
Result: A new dialog box that ask you to save the word document files appears.
You can View the document or save it to your local directories to view later.
Recommendation: If you want to view all the content of an eForm we suggest to use Export to PDF instead. |
