Export eForm
Whenever deleting eForms it is neccessary to export an eForm to an Excel or XML file.
eBMS Tip: It is highly recommended to back up all your important data reguarly and before eForm design changes, system imports & system maintenance is underway.
eBMS (Enterprise Version) Tip: Utilise the power of the scheduler by setting up automated backups of eForms and/or records.

| Step 1 |
Click on Control Panel tab.
Click on Export eForm.

| Step 2 |
Select the eForm that needs to be exported from dropdown list box.
Click on Ok button. An XML file will be created that contains the information of the selected eForm.

| Step 3 |
Right click into the link and select save as to save the XML file to a desired location on your computer / flash drive / server etc. Alternatively simply left click into the link to view XML file.
If user clicks on Cancel button he/she can return to Control Panel page. The XML file that is not saved will be lost. |
