Export eForm

Whenever deleting eForms it is neccessary to export an eForm to an Excel or XML file.

eBMS Tip: It is highly recommended to back up all your important data reguarly and before eForm design changes, system imports & system maintenance is underway.
eBMS (Enterprise Version) Tip: Utilise the power of the scheduler by setting up automated backups of eForms and/or records.

Step 1 Click on Control Panel tab.

Click on Export eForm.
 
Step 2 Select the eForm that needs to be exported from dropdown list box.

Click on Ok button. An XML file will be created that contains the information of the selected eForm.
 
Step 3 Right click into the link and select save as to save the XML file to a desired location on your computer / flash drive / server etc.  Alternatively simply left click into the link to view XML file.

If user clicks on Cancel button he/she can return to Control Panel page. The XML file that is not saved will be lost.
