Export eForm Data

Whenever deleting eForms it is neccessary to export an eForm to an Excel or XML file.

eBMS Tip: It is highly recommended to back up all your important data reguarly and before eForm design changes, system imports & system maintenance is underway.
eBMS (Enterprise Version) Tip: Utilise the power of the scheduler by setting up automated backups of eForms and/or records.

Step 1 Open the eForm where you want to back up the data..
 
Step 2 Open the Export Panel.

Click Export to Excel and open the file when prompted (do not save it)
 
Step 3 Another box may appear asking if you still would like to open the file, select Yes.

Once loaded in excel, select File > Save As. (Ensure that excel workbook 97-2003 is selected if you are saving from office 2007).

Browse to desired backup location, name it and click Save
