Delete an eForm

WARNING: This action will delete the selected eForm along with its records from the entire eBMS System and database. eBMS highly recommends you back up all related data before deleting an eForm. Data can not be recovered after deleting a eForm unless it has been backed up previously.
Refer to export an eform in the related topics for more about backing up data.

DISCLAIMER: eBMS is not liable and takes no responsibility for any loss of data when this action has taken place, especially but not limited to when pre-cautionary methods were not made.

So please be careful!

Step 1	Click on Control Panel tab. Click on Delete eForm under the eForm Management Section.

Step 2	Select the appropriate eForm from the eForm Dropdown Menu.

Step 3	Click on Delete button. It will delete specified eForm or List If user clicks on Cancel button, he/she can return to maintenance page.
