Delete an eForm Record

WARNING:  This action will delete the selected eForm Record/s from the entire eBMS System and database.  eBMS highly recommends you back up all related data before deleting an eForm. Data can not be recovered after deleting a eForm unless it has been backed up previously.

So please be careful!

Step 1 Click on Control Panel tab.

Click on Delete an eForm Record link under the eForm Management section
 
Step 2 Select the eForm which the record that you want to delete belongs to.
 
Step 3 You can either delete all the data in eForm by selecting All or select any particular records by choosing Selection option.

To delete selected records, specify record numbers to be deleted in the text box (e.g 1-5 or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Click on Delete button. It will delete all the specified records for the select eForm.

Note: This will not delete system records if there are any, but it will remove all others so please be back up any files prior to deletion if you believe you may need them down the track.
