Create Auto Schedule

The Auto Scheduler ensures that repetitive actions are all completed automatically. 

The Auto Scheduler can only be found in eBMS Version Enterprise only. 

Tip: If you would like to make a auto schedule for the future but not have it active until ready then simply uncheck the Enabled (scheduled task runs at specified time) before saving.

Step 1 Click the Control Panel tab

Click Maintain Auto Scheduler under the Scheduler section

Click the New button
 
Step 2

Name the Auto Schedule.

Select eForm or System depending on your desired Trigger.

Set the Trigger a lot like you would if you were doing a eForm Filter in Tabular Report. Refer to eForm Filter in related topics.

Note: A Trigger will determine what will set off your new Auto Scheduling Task.

Click the Event Timing tab

Set the Event Timing in relation with your trigger if you would like the auto scheduling task to have a timely recurrence

 
Step 3 Click the Events tab.

Select the Event Type from the drop down menu. 

There are 5 choices available; Import, Export, Send Email, Raise Priority, Create Linked eForm.  

Import:  Import or merge eforms together on the Trigger/Event Timing

Export:
  Export eForms and records.  Good for automatic backups .

Send Email:  Send emails to people on the Trigger/Event Timing

Raise Priority: Raises Priority in workflow.  This becomes helpful for if one task is completed so another becomes a higher priority or when it is getting closer to a deadline.  Refer to About Workflow in related topics.

Create Linked Record:

Step 4 Click the Notify tab.

Add emails and messages to let someone know that the auto scheduler has been successful or not.

Click the Permissions tab and set the permissions for this auto schedule. Refer to Permissions in related topics

Click OK when schedule is ready.
