Assign Permission at Control Level
Assigning Permissions at Control level allows selected users to have authority to use various controls within an eForm. This could be can be benefitial when management require to signoff on a task.
eBMS Tip: Build more sophisticated eForms and business processes with correct use of the eBMS permissions system.

| Step 1 |
Click the Control Panel tab.
Select the Assigning Permission at Control Level under Permissions Section |

| Step 2 |
Select the eForm that you want to change permission.
List of controls dropdown list box will be filled by all the controls available in the selected eForm. Select appropriate control. List box will display all the user roles assigned to that particular control if any. |

| Step 3 |
Select appropriate role from select role dropdown box located below assign users panel list box.
Click on add user to control to allow assigned user to access selected control within selected eForm |

Notes |
In order to delete assigned role at control level, follow step 1 - 3.
Select a Role to be Deleted from Assigned Users list box and click on Remove Role at control level button. It will remove permission of that Role to access selected control within selected eForm. |
