Audit Reports
Audit Reports enables user to keep track of all the activities happening in system for e.g. addition, deletion or modification of record.
Audit Report filter helps user to select eForm Time period in order to track activities.

Click the Control Panel tab.
Click the Audit Report link under the Reports section.
Result: A new page to generate audit report is displayed.
Select an eForm from Select eForm drop down list. |

In order to narrow the display to a period of time, you can choose the option to display the audit report for the last 90 days or this Fin Year or a particular period by entering the date into From and To fields
Note: By default, the option is to display all dates. |

Click OK to view the report
The report can be viewed initially or saved & viewed.
Otherwise, you can click on Export to Excel or Export to PDF link to save the report and view later.
Tip: When Exporting to Excel: Open excel file and file > save as excel workbook. |
