Adding A New eForm

Note: The eForm Designer is the only place where eForms can be altered. Take care whilst using the eForm Designer especially when important records are already stored within the eForm you are working on. If this is the case it is highly recommended to back up your records before proceeding. Refer to Export eForm Records in related topics.

Step 1 There are two ways to create a new eForm.

Option 1:

  1. Open Home tab.
  2. Click eForm Designer.
Option 2:

  1. Open Control Panel tab.
  2. Click Create New eForm under the eForm Designer section.
 
Step 2 Enter a New Name and New Description for the new eForm/List

Note: You can create a new eForm having the same outlook and format as an existing eForm by tick the box Base it on existing eForm? Select the name of existing eForm in the drop down list below that tick box
Result:A blank eForm will be created and displayed with all the system fields such as Originator, Date Created,..

Note: You can not delete these fields. However, eForm Designer allows you to change the label name of these system fields. Refer to Change eForm's control properties in Related Topics.
