Using Trend Analysis
Trend Analysis is a powerful charting tool that allows you to manually view any graph within the scorecard system and even compare it to other data anywhere in the balanced scorecard system all in the one graph.
As you navigate through the trend analysis settings a graph will update live on the right.

| Step 1 |
Click the Trend Analysis tab
Select appropriate division. Refer to Manage Business Structure in related topics
Select the Process. Refer to Add A Process in related topics |

Select the correct Measure or KPI from the dropdown. Refer to Create A Measure and Create A KPI in related topics
Select the Measure Type from the dropdown. Refer to Create A Measure Type in related topics
Now Choose the Chart Type you want (bar/line chart)
Select the end date for the range of data

Select either Trend Analysis to just view one type of graph or select compare to add in another series of values to your chart.
Below that you have a series of additional options you can add/filter to your chart with such as; budget, last year, 3 months moving average and 12 months moving average |

By selecting the zoom checkbox the graph will zoom into the main section of your data
If you click the arrow next to Chart Format you will be able to customize your chart further with line thicknesses and value colours. |
