Update Data From Excel File

The Balanced Scorecard tool allows quick bulk data entry via excel.

Step 1 Click the Maintenance tab

Click Update Data from Excel File
 
Step 2 Select the Division, Business, Process, Measure, Measure Type dropdowns to filter data to ensure easy searching of measures.

Click Go

Result:A dialog box will appear asking you to open or save the Excel file, click open. Another dialog box may appear just click Yes to this box as well. Now your excel file has been generated.
 
Step 3 Edit data accordingly

After you complete the changes, save the file as "Microsoft Office Excel Workbook (.xls)" from the dropdown.

Return to the Balanced Scorecard Maintenance and click Update data from Excel file.

Click the browse button and select your .xls file.

Click OK
