Assign Permissions to User

It is important to add your users and set appropriate permissions for users when you first set the Balanced Scorecard up after install. Ensure that your users are only able to see/edit only the data that applies to them.

Step 1 Click the Maintenance tab

Click Manage Users Permissions

Click Assign Permissions to User
 
Step 2 Click the Pencil edit icon next to the user you want to edit.

Select the user role the drop down or check the desired areas you want the user to have access to on the right.

When complete click the green tick icon to confirm or the red cross to cancel on the far left of the editable row.
