Understanding what is on Action Management Portal
Action Management Portal has 6 main menu items
| Actions & Activities |
This menu is for logging new action, activities and entities. |

| Charts |
This menu is for viewing standard and customized graphical reports. It contains charting report of action management data. These reports can be customized using charting report profiles. |

| Reports |
These reports are customized tabular report profiles to show specific information from Action Management System. |
| |
| Projects |
This menu helps to see list of projects currently registered and their tabular report. This also allows user to log new project in the system. |

| Entities |
This menu helps to see entities list in tabular report form and create new entity with all his details. |
| |
| Help |
This menu gives links to generic help files for eBMS. You can also link it to your organization’s website or intranet. |
