Importing eForm Data in the spreadsheet form

In the Control Panel click on ‘Import MS eForm Data’ under eForm Import/Export and you will be taken to Import eForm Data page. Select ‘Action Management’ eForm. Browse for the MS Excel -97-2003 format file containing data. |

| Step 2 |
Click on ‘Autolink’ button to link the fields with matching header names in the spreadsheet. If they are not same highlight the field and the header name of spreadsheet and click on ‘Link’ button. Now if you want some field data not to be imported at this stage, you can delete the respective link by clicking ‘Delete Link’ button. |

| Step 3 |
Click on ‘Continue to Validate Input’ button. |

| Step 4 |
If no error found, click on ‘Import’ button. |

| Step 5 |
Test if the data is imported correctly by going into tabular report from Portal. |
