Dennis Rosler - eBMS CEO
Dennis Rosler, since graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering has had twenty five years of productive professional experience, twenty years of this in executive management. He began his career as an electronic design engineer and developed both software and hardware products for such companies as NEC, GEC Marconi, Thorn EMI, Datacraft, NetComm, Banksia Technology. Dennis completed his MBA at the end of 2000. He has held the following executive positions:

- Director Business Planning and Analysis 3Com Asia Pacific
- Managing Director 3Com Australia and New Zealand - Client Access Business Unit
- Managing Director USRobotics Australia Pty. Ltd.(wholly owned subsidiary of USRobotics Corporation)
- Managing Director and Owner Modem Connection Pty. Ltd.
- Engineering Manager NetComm Ltd.
- Engineering Manager Datacraft Ltd.
These positions along with his design roles have allowed Dennis the chance to develop a very diverse and somewhat unique range of experience.
He has extensive management and hands on experience in:

- Business management, planning, strategy and development
- Management of Finance, Hardware, Software, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and HR staff
- Software and Hardware design focused on design for manufacturability, quality, serviceability and intuitive use
- Microsoft Excel design including Visual Basic for Applications
- ASP.NET Development
- Modem and Communications Design
- Quality systems
- Reporting systems
This experience allows Dennis to understand the various issues eBMS's customers face. It is this empathy that helps in providing solutions that exceed eBMS's customer expectations.
Cyril Blyth - Sales & Marketing
Cyril Blyth has performed in variety of middle management roles specialising in sales and marketing consultancy services. He began his working life at Kodak working on various method improvement projects & was a member of Kodak's Industrial Engineering team. After other brief stints in Kodak's Personnel & Marketing divisions, Cyril joined Maxwell Optical Industries (distributor for Nikon optical products) as State Sales Manager for 10 years.
More recently Cyril has worked with Lester Associates providing management services to IT professionals. Cyril's consultancy experiences have enabled him to develop a strong interest in Change management issues facing businesses today. |
